We are blown away with UBGS customer service. Firstly, they are competitive! They gave us the cheapest quote for a great quqlity organic compost without even knowing that we were shopping around. They were also punctual and delivered on time, called when they arrived with the delivery. When I told the gentleman who helped me on the phone that we are a community organisation, have an open day, and asked if he can throw in few plastic pots for the kids to plant; he didn't only leave a big box of them with the delivery, buy also left so many seasonal vegetable seeds!
