We booked ahead and arrived early and our table was ready so that was a positive. My friends ordered different meals to me (I’m gluten intolerant so had limited options). I chose the slow cooked brisket and the described meal sounded delicious- it was not! The small diced pieces of brisket were so dry I could barely swallow them. The dish basically consisted of a few pieces of brisket, some onion and capsicum and a great deal of sliced potatoes. It was served with two slices of dry, ever so slightly toasted (no sign of browning whatsoever) gluten free bread and some whipped butter. It was actually one of the worst meals I have ever been served in an eating establishment and as I was hungry I did my best to wash down the food with ample water and by scrounging gravy from my friends plates. Very disappointing. I left about half my meal because I simply couldn’t continue to try to stomach it. The service staff didn’t even ask how our meals were when she cleared the table despite mine clearly not being fully eaten. I ordered chips to fill a void and they were so salty that I struggled there too. Cafe was a massive let down. The park itself was a lovely experience and I enjoyed the gallery, art shed (only one was open though). I also found some fabulous books in the gift shop. I will most likely go back for an art experience as we had a great chat to an artist who conducts classes. I can’t fault the park and gift shop staff - they were all friendly, attentive...

I try not to feel guilty by writing this review but it comes to the point where Am no longer a customer of yours. On the 25 of April I drove from my night shift work for a coffee, for nice refreshment for the day. Walked into the cafe: wasn't busy.Female staff attended asking where would I lije to seat indoor or outdoor. While I make up my mind looking at the menu she started to bombardier me with what I feel like to eat. I started feeling to be pushed and just ordered a cup of coffee with Almond milk $6.50 + 15% public holiday surcharge . THE same female staff asked in a take away cup or having here. Having here, thank you. Unfortunately, with the milk on a side as being ordered: when I mixed together it coagulates and very sour. I asked if we can do something about it so I can enjoy my first cup of coffee. The answer came from different female staff:"Don't you know when uou order what's gonna happened?" Good bye,you lost a...

Loyal customers come here a lot and got Rude staff, girl with hair clip hates her job so rude and girl with glasses giving me terrible looks the whole time also super dumb and rude, I asked her if I could sit on a table where I could view my dog and she responded with something else and wasn’t listening to me and then the same lady then proceeded to kick us out of the indoor section. They claim dog friendly but that’s rubbish! I had a booking and kicked my family outside due to having to accompany the dog at all times, despite my dog being very well behaved sitting outside on a leash. Then had to sit outside in the freezing cold where they didn’t even provide cutlery or cups heaters off despite asking to turn it on. Ordered scones and got 1 singular scone jam was too sweet, bacon and egg toast too fancy looking to taste good need to get it right...

I went for a walk around the Mc Clelland Art with Nature Park, which was a nice area to look around. Lots of families and people walking their dogs nice. Thought I'd drop into the Harry's Cafe for a drink. Was reasonably busy. I asked about soft drinks but didn't have a lot to choose from and brands I didn't know, so I went for a vanilla milkshake, which cost me $6 + .55c sunday surcharge, which I wasn't overly worried about. But I waited 10mins and still hadn't got it so I went back inside only to find it hadn't been made and took another 5mins before it finally arrived, and what I got was so disappointing that I'll never return there again. It was so small and was mostly froth! And even the taste was average. No, I felt ripped! If you are going to charge high prices, then it's got to be value for money. A little mini cup isn't going to cut it! 😕

For the first time, We went with my daughter's friends from year 3. We were informed we had to eat outdoors. When I went to order food, the person at front of the cafe was a bit disgruntled and petulant as she slammed the menu on her desk in front of me and said here! The staff taking our orders for chai lattes and hot chocolate was very friendly and professional. There were 7 of us all excited to have 7 meals! Especially the 5 kids! They were, however, happy to have the hot chocolate with Marshmallows. Also, had to take them to McDonald's...

We dropped in on Sunday afternoon - they were very busy and chock-full, but they found us a table and treated us like gold. We ordered coconut prawns, crumbed calamari and roasted potatoes - everything came out in a short time delicious, fresh and hot. The roasted new potatoes were beautiful with both aioli and a chilli chutney. Calamari was tender and cooked perfectly. The coconut noodle prawns were an art work. We finished by selecting from their wonderful dessert display some exquisite nibbles. First class!
