Jetstream Cafe Express — Restaurant in Melbourne

My second experience at Jetstream Cafe was not a good one. I ordered a big breakfast and a flat white. The woman at the counter didn't speak much English and had a hard time even taking my order. When she did finally get my order sorted she fumbled to get my card to work in the machine and had to ask for help from another employee. Once I got my food I was interrupted mid meal to inform me that I owed an additional $6.50 because the woman had made a mistake when billing. Poor customer service left me with a bad taste...

JUST SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACED AN ORDER FOR LUNCH GOT THE WHOLE THING WRONG PUT OUR HAMBURG'S IN A BOX WITH PLASTIC LID WHICH MADE THEM SOGGY ALSO THE STAFF WERE SO RUDE ESPECIALLY ONE LADY BEHIND THE COUNTER IT WAS THERE MISTAKE ANDVTHEY TRIED TO BLAME ME FOR IT JUST PATHETIC NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS LOST PUR BUSINESS WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS PLACE AGAIN ALSO WASTED OUR TIME HOPELESS YOU ALL NEED TO BE TRAINED IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GOING TO THIS...

This cafe just did not do it for me 🤔it is in the middle of the industrial estate not too far from the airport. The staff were friendly enough but the ambience is not great and it it quite a boring cafe. The food options are reasonable and they will actually cook breakfast to order. The toasted banana bread was average and the coffee ok. It not great. I wouldn’t rush back here but if you have no other option and are in this are and are starving it...
