The food is great! But just under 2 hours for a delivery… I called 3 times to follow up, was told my delivery would take 30minutes- 1 hour…. When I live 4 minutes drive away. I tried to communicate that the time frame is horrendous because if they were delivering 30 minutes away (30 minute return =1 hour) the area they would cover would be as far away as Black Rock, Pakenham and Rosebud …. So they must have multiple deliveries… which places the safety of the food in question because an hour travelling makes the food unsafe. I was told only 2 deliveries taken at a time. I was then told my delivery had left… Yet it still took 31 minutes from that phone call for the delivery to arrive.
However, when the unqualified drivers rocked up, I asked them If the food would be safe, and why were they late, they were abusive, rude, disrespectful and offensive. They said they had only just left 10 minutes ago, despite the customer service lady stating to me they had left prior. So clearly, someone was lying. The food was hot. So it’s evident the customer service lady has ZERO experience in customer service and LIES to customers. Was also told I would have a phone call back, to find out where the driver was. That never happened. I waited out in the cold for over an hour for lies.
The food may be amazing but the service is below gutter. The treatment of paying customers is full of disrespect.
No Audit or comment will change their business behaviour for the better. The weight added to the issues already displayed via comments and feedback is warranted.
If this venue thinks 30minutes - 1 hour delivery time from leaving venue is safe, I wonder if the Food Health Act and the Local Council will have the same view.

My only avenue is to never again order from this place and encourage others to NOT order from this place. They do NOT value customer service, customers, service or the industry they are in.
Sad and disappointing because their food is incredible. Such a shame and a waste of what could be a great local business. Alas, it is not.

Read moreI recently placed an order through Uber Eats and while the food looked great on the menu, my experience was deeply disappointing. After waiting for an hour, the delivery driver finally arrived at the restaurant, only for the order to be canceled 10 minutes later.
This left me and my partner hungry and scrambling to find alternatives late in the night. While I understand that unforeseen issues can occur, the lack of communication from both the restaurant and Uber Eats was frustrating.
Uber’s policies regarding cancellations and customer compensation feel inadequate in situations like this. When customers have already waited so long, there should be better protocols to ensure orders are fulfilled or at least clearer updates provided. Similarly, the restaurant should have flagged any potential delays or issues sooner, as the driver clearly arrived only to find they couldn’t complete the order.
Both the restaurant and Uber Eats need to improve their coordination and customer service. Experiences like this make it hard to trust the platform or the establishment. I hope this feedback encourages changes to prevent others from facing similar...

So for valentines day today we thought we would re-live our first date and came back. I ordered a pepperoni and asked them to make a love heart out of the pepperoni and they went above and beyond, I couldn't be more grateful for the effort they put in, it really made our valentine's day special and we will never go anywhere else to get pizza again.
