⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars - An Authentic Italian Gem! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
We recently had the pleasure of dining at Mamma's Boy Trattoria once again, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. Every time we step inside, we are greeted with warm Italian hospitality and a cozy, inviting ambiance that immediately makes us feel at home.
The restaurant’s owners, Dario, and the very talented chef Soy are truly a blessing in the kitchen, and their passion for Italian cuisine shines through in every dish he serves. The menu boasts a delightful array of traditional Italian favorites, each one bursting with authentic flavors and made with the finest ingredients.
To complement our meals, Dario expertly recommended a glass of Montepulciano that he produces in his family winery in Italy, which perfectly complemented the flavors of the dishes and added to the overall enjoyment of the evening.
The attentive and friendly Davide added to the dining experience, making sure that our glasses were never empty and anticipating our every need.
And of course, the meal wouldn't be complete without dessert. The Tiramisu, a classic Italian delicacy, was the ideal sweet finale to our unforgettable dinner.
Beyond the incredible food and ambiance, what truly sets Mamma's Boy Trattoria apart is the genuine warmth and passion that Dario, Soy and their team put into every aspect of their restaurant. It's clear that they take immense pride in providing an authentic Italian experience that delights every guest who walks through their doors.
Whether you're looking for a romantic dinner, a family gathering, or a celebration with friends, Mamma's Boy Trattoria is the place to be. Dario and his team have created a true Italian haven that will transport you straight to the heart of Italy.
I can't wait to return to Mamma's Boy Trattoria and explore more of their delectable offerings. Grazie mille, Dario, for sharing your culinary talents and passion for Italian cuisine with the world!
Highly recommended for anyone seeking an authentic taste of Italy in a warm and...
Read moreFor a restaurant that demands a deposit prior to booking you’d think they were exclusive. Alas no. It took over an hour for our food, the waiter never wrote down anything we ordered and missed things etc. these things you can excuse. But when you say you have an onion and garlic allergy (fructose intolerance) and specifically ask for this be restricted on somethings as simple as a steak and it’s not met, we got a problem. In our group 3 of us ordered the steak. One of our steaks was so raw after asking for medium that it was mooing. 2 of us had steaks that were cold and one of us asked for no sauce as there’s garlic and onion powder in it and it came with it.
But this isn’t the kicker. When we mentioned again the allergy and that the steaks were cold they said we’d get new ones. Mine came came still cold and was the exact steak I ordered because the piece I cut off previously was still there but was over cooked but the rest of the steak was cold and still rare and was all fat. My partners however after specifically mentioned the allergy, they simply wiped off the sauce and gave the same cold steak. And that was a $70 steak. For the manager to literally be in the face of my partner after we complained he agreed to give us new steaks. He didn’t charge my friend for his steak but for us we waited another 40 mins for the steak to arrive at the end of the night when everyone was going home. The blame was on “agency staff” but changed stories later saying the staff was new etc.
Conclusion: DO NOT COME HERE. Food was awful and over priced for what it was. Service was lacking. Atmosphere was super loud and not great.
Honestly I feel robbed for eating there and my partner is still sick after eating the steak with the sauce after they said there wasn’t any garlic when in fact there was.
Absolutely the worst Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to and I would eat at La porchetta before...

We went to dinner with my partner and we both agreed that we would not like to return.
At first everything seemed fine and normal, until we sat down at the table. With the restaurant empty, we asked if we could change table because the owner placed us next to the wall, in a shadow corner. All the other tables were empty but we got a negative response from the owner who was very rude and curt, answering us simply with a gesture and without any words, saying no with the head and signaled with his finger the table he booked for us. What made us from the first moment not feel comfortable.
After reading the menu, we realized that the variety was quite scarce and the prices very expensive in our opinion, if we compare with the nearby Italian restaurants. We ordered our dishes and the surprise was that the portions were too small, I could have eaten perfectly two dishes of what I had ordered (taking into account that I do not usually eat much normally).
I have to say that the location is good and the quality of the food is not all bad, although I keep adding that the price-quality ratio is quite expensive.
The place is a mixture of everything, they have too many products in the middle of the restaurant such as items for sale, bottles of wine, books, etc ... which makes it look messy and you do not really feel at ease.
I have read some comments about the restaurant and many people have had the same problem. It seems that the owner always has an answer for everything, even online, and does not accept criticism. Surely he doesn't know how to see criticism in a positive way and as an opportunity to change things to make his business work better and grow. It is a pity.
As you can see in my other reviews I am not the kind of person who like to make criticism, I just express what I...
