They are usually perfect at getting meals right but lately I've been asked to park in the waiting bay and they have also got my meal wrong a few times now and I refused a milkshake from the manager. I tried to order a coffee deluxe shake with chocolate basically a mocha shake but they don't make them in shakes only frappes, I was told by the girl taking the order that the Manager said we can't do it, I asked why as I had ordered this through other stores and they had no problem in attempting this which tasted so nice but the girl said she just said we can't do it and won't do it, when j git to the window I explained more about the other stores making it and she radioed her manager who still said no, I asked if I could speak to her and she said yes she will be at the next window, when i got to the next window the manager was standing about 2 meters away telling the girl we don't know how to make them but the girl came to the window and asked me what it was I was wanting exactly and said no worries can you pay for that now and I did and I was asked to park while they made the shake. I hope the staff member did not get in trouble for going against her manager but she made a customer more than happy, which I passed that onto the store manager after I got the shake, as it was just as good as the others and I thought she should know that she could of lost a customer over...
Read moreAbsolutely disgraceful behaviour by staff at drive through. At the pay counter, I said hello how are you to both girls chatting away and completely ignored me. They turned away and kept chatting. Upon picking up my order, they forgot to add straws for Beveridges. I asked can I have some straws please? I asked again as the young girl that gave me my drinks walked off and didn't hear me. The staff seemed to be chatting away in the background. As she gave me the straws, I did thank her and told her to smile and she SLAMMED the counter window.!!! SLAMMED..I was not a threat whatsoever, I wasn't aggressive, I merely mentioned that she should smile if she's in customer service. This is absolutely disgraceful, disrespectful behaviour. They should all be dismissed from employment as there are many other dedicated, polite, respectful people out there needing jobs.. I will be taking this matter further to management. When it was time to collect my order from the window, this woman started handing out food orders, which I intuitively thought was more than I ordered (but can’t be sure because they were inside brown bags). When she tried to hand me another food item, I said I don’t think I ordered this. She asked “what did you order?” Instead of repeating everything I ordered, I thought it would be simpler to say how much I paid, because they would be able to tell which bunch of food items I ordered based on the summarised payment right? Wrong. This woman, without even apologising, just said, “can I have the bags again?” By this time I was holding a carry box of 4 drinks, and trying to balance the other food packs in the front seat. I said can I park there and sort this out? By this time I had zero confidence that they got my order right, so I wanted to make sure. But no, this woman, insisted that I give all the food packs back.
