Millgrove Village Bakery — Restaurant in Melbourne

On my way to Redwood Forest I crossed Millgrove’s bakery where I stopped for coffee and fruit cake. The coffee was yummie, I had choice of plant based milks and there was a huge array of savoury and sweet bakes and foods that was obvious all homemade on the premises. Edit* Unfortunately I had to change from 5 to 2 stars as this bakery has changed their supplier. After an unfortunate closure due to someone crashing through the store and a covid shut we were so disappointed that their pies are now tasteless and plain. They no longer do chilli ones at all. They offer banh mi (Vietnamese Pork Rolls) however the bread rolls go soggy before you get back in your car. They need to ensure they provide the correct bread roll that can retain the sauce without going soggy within 2mins. It is like getting a Caesar salad with iceberg lettuce instead...
