My wife ordered online for delivery and when it was delivered, there were no chips. We tried up to 12 times to call the store and I finally got through to a very abrupt woman who repeatedly spoke over me. When I told her the chips were not in the order, she asked if I was sure, because she packed it. She then said she was happy for me to drive to the store and collect the chips, to which I replied “It kinda defeats the whole purpose of having it delivered”. I was told they were not the delivery service and could not deliver it. I then asked if I’m going to go all the way to the store for what should have been in the box in the first place if they could throw something in as compensation. I was then presented with 2 options - come and pick up the chips or have a credit for another time. I again said this is not very good service considering it’ll we ordered a delivery. Blame was then put on the delivery driver, but then I asked if the delivery driver was the one responsible for packing the contents of the bag. As I was still talking, the woman hung up on me.
