Pizza Hut Sunbury — Restaurant in Melbourne

I’ve been a regular customer at this Pizza Hut location, often visiting on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. However, my recent experiences have left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. Despite raising a complaint through the portal previously, which was addressed by the owner, the issues continue. Most recently, my order was shown as "ready to pick up" in the app, yet it was still delayed by 7 minutes.

This consistent lack of accountability and professionalism from the staff is disappointing, especially as this store once had a lively and welcoming atmosphere. It’s disheartening to see a place I’ve frequented for years now struggling with such poor service, and I find myself tired of continually escalating this feedback to Pizza Hut management.

UNRELIABLE and terrible disgusting quality.

Put my order in at 5:26 it came at 6:57.

No tracking updates via their GPS

Their local store doesn't answer the phone goes straight to voicemail. The Pizza Hut customer service general number is a constant hold. Do they even really have a call centre???

Lost confidence on this purchase for dinner. So I put in an order for Domino's as a backup.

Same order with Dominos cost less and got delivered faster.

I took the risk by ordering with Dominos because I had no confidence that my order would arrive. Previous reviews show that missing orders happened so I got worried.

Anyway I won't be coming back to these guys. How does Pizza Hut allow a store like this to happen?

Judging by the responses on the reviews it's just a chat bot AI that auto responds with the SAME RESPONSE.

We had the same experience as Jack Daniels so nothing has changed in 3 weeks. There are no ingredients listed as to what goes on the pizzas. No idea what pizza are included in the deals and which ones are extra. Same with the sides. Basically you only get garlic bread as a side for no extra money. If you aren't going to let customers know which items they can have in the deals why advertise them. Pizza Hut was great in the 80's and 90's and as this one has the brand name and is out of town it should be much much better than it is. I had to give it 1 star, otherwise I couldn't wrote the review. In reality it deserves a minus. The staff don't know how to communicate about the extra money on the pizza that you actually want which is part of the deals, because it's not clear to start with.
