We came for a day trip, down from Broken Hill, to scope out the area for a future, extended, stay. Stopped at Menindee Cafe, next to the Tourist Centre, for a light lunch and on recommendation from one of the locals ordered a small wood fired pizza. Yes, they have a small wood fired pizza oven. Bloody beautiful !!! Check out one of the information compendiums, plastic covered tourism folders on the tables, re tours around the area..This need's to be downloaded on line. Wow what an amazing pizza we had from this shop. They were xtremely busy and the service was xcelent. I thought Jedz in Murray Bridge was delicious but this one in Menindee was up there with Jedz. This is a must STOP when in this little town area...
