This is the second time I've contacted this store today. We drove through at 12:44pm and ordered, got home and order was completely wrong. Phoned up and spoke to young gentlemen and he took the order number and time and said they'd completely replace the meal and put my name in a book. Drove back about half an hour later and went I store with my receipt. Spoke to a young girl who when and got a young gentleman ( who was in charge of drive through) and I explained what had happened. He took the receipt and said they'd replace it. Stood there waiting with people coming and going, about 15 min later a young girl asked if I was being served explained to her what was going on and all I got was " I don't know anything about that!". Stood there for another 10min still no replacement meal so asked another young girl for my money back. She went to get someone and it happened to be the young guy whom I'd originally given my receipt to. He looked at me blankly and I said I still haven't been given my meal and it's been 25min!! Aonly responses I got was " aw in I'm drive through"!!! Gave me my money back and I left! ( and went across the road to KFC!!) NOT very unhappy with...
Read moreBoth orders were missing the MEAT PATTY... no apology, no explanation of what's happening, the junior at the counter was confused, she handed the burgers to an obvious senior manager in her 50's behind her with other younger managers around her, she looked at the burgers to actually confirm that there was no meat in there as if we had both somehow were mistaken, then walked over to inspect my receipt on the counter in front of me, shook her head, laughed & walked off leaving me standing there no apology, no explanation or even eye contact... What was I to do if I didn't get a receipt...? 🧾 They don't have the same humanity anymore... It's just business but you know what - that maybe the 1000th burger you make today BUT ITS SOME ONES DINNER, SOME TRAVELLERS LAST MEAL FOR HOURS OR A TRADIES 1ST MEAL FOR THE DAY, I MAYBE GETTING MY FAMILIES DINNER & IM GOING TO GIVE THAT BURGER YOU CARELESSLY SLAPPED TOGETHER WITH MISSING INGREDIENTS OR EVEN MISHAPEN BURGER 🍔 TO MY CHILD 🚸 SO PLEASE SHOW CARE AND COMPASSION IN EVERYTHING YOU DO BECAUSE people who can't do little things properly CAN'T do big things properly... & That's the downfall...

My reason for the 1 star rating is based on ordering, food options, lack of customer service and the instore experience was awful. The table service was non existent you now have to order on a screen pay with card no cash option is available no receipt was printed and the staff were unhelpful when I showed them problem with printer for our receipt. You receive an order number well I guess that’s ok, what was not ok is the order took 20 minutes mid afternoon and was partially filled a further 20 minutes for our coffee. The general appearance of the store is grubby, tables had not seen a clean nor had the floor and bin area. I wasn’t game to enter the rest rooms for fear of what they would be like.
