Kumquot Mae — Restaurant in Moora

Visited today 6/9/2021 for lunch as a dine in customer. Can't understand that they serve sandwiches in a wrapper and tea in a paper cup. When I asked they said because of regulations. However if I went to a Pub in Moora they would serve the beer in a glass and the meal on a plate with a knife and fork. Have been on the road in the South West for the past month, Albany, Caves House, Rose Hotel, Bridgetown, Dunsborough, Busselton etc. In cafes and none of this type of service exist.
