We hired Nadia to make our wedding cake. The cake itself was absolutely amazing, and the guests raved about how delicious it was. I am an avid baker and has high standards for the cake, and Nadia really nailed it. The cake was moist and the flavours were well balanced. I believe Nadia uses an italian meringue buttercream, which has a beautiful light texture and isn't overly sweet.

The only thing stopping me from giving 5 stars is that the communication from Nadia in the lead up to the event was not quite as strong as I would have liked. We scheduled a tasting through her website, and when we arrived, our appointment had been lost. Nadia turned it around very quickly and set up a tasting on the spot, which we appreciated. We were so impressed by the cake itself that the lost appointment was no big deal. I also did need to follow up with Nadia to receive an invoice, and the cake was delivered a little bit late to the venue, so it arrived after all of the guests. Overall, the cake itself turned out beautifully, so it was all fine in the end.

Absolutely beautiful cake on our wedding day…!!!!

Nadia’s cake was the focus of our cocktail reception.

We wanted to have a good blend of the new age & traditional trends.

We wanted 1 top cake for keeping & a cupcake tower for the look and hygiene especially post covid.

During our initial cake date at the cafe, Nadia presented use with a box of variety flavours- it was all lovely and we were very indecisive.

Nadia made it very inclusive. A brilliant idea. Have all of them, hidden within the tower.

“Let your guest be surprised on your big day!!” that what Nadia suggested.

We just went with her ideas.

Bam!!!! Those cupcakes was awesome. It had a little filling inside, tasting as it was bitten off, not overly sweet and piped with beautiful red & white swirl flowers.

Nadia had gold leaf scattered on the top tier cake and sprinkled golden beeds on the cupcakes which made the whole cake elegant.
