Krispy Cafe — Restaurant in Morley

Drove past this cafe today, hubby was second guessing it as I made him stop and boy am I glad we did! This little hidden gem is perfect for those that are laid back not wanting anything to fancy but after good quality food and beverages! Hubby had a cappuccino & eggs Benedict with bacons and spinach. I had the hot Chocolate with the eggs Benedict - cottage cheese and mushroom 😍 just thinking about it is making me hungry again. I loved that the worker came to take my order!!! I couldn’t fault the food at all - loved the extra touch of paprika sprinkled on top for that extra flavour! So if your after a casual breaky this this the place to be I’ll definitely be heading...

Tucked quietly on Paine Road in Morley, Krispy Cafe feels like one of those neighbourhood gems you only discover by chance or by word of mouth. It gives “hole-in-the-wall” energy in the best way: no frills, just comfort.

I ordered the Salmon Avocado Eggs Benedict. A classic done right. Two perfectly poached eggs, silky hollandaise, fresh avocado slices, and generous smoked salmon layered on toast. Finished with a drizzle of something tangy and a little kick of spice (unexpected but welcome!). Every bite was creamy, fresh, and satisfying without being too heavy.

It's 1st time visiting this café and from the front it's not that appealing but don't be put off by this as it is better than it looks. It's a small unique looking cafe with beautiful wooden tables and chairs, couple of outdoor tables. Menu is substantial in items available. Coffees were great and lactose free milk is available. The size of our breakfast items was much bigger than expected and pleasant surprise. Could have been a little bit more flavour in both items but we were still pleased with everything. Staff were pleasant and accompanying to our needs. Next time you're passing this lovely cafe, don't just drive past, call in and see...
