UsTa Grill — Restaurant in Morley

had pizza here on 1/10/2025 at 7:10 PM and it was honestly the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It wasn’t even a proper pizza – it was basically curry poured on bread. No authentic base, no proper toppings, and definitely not worth the price. Extremely disappointing experience, I would not recommend this place.

Rather than addressing my feedback professionally, the owner resorted to insults, false accusations, and even threats — behaviour that speaks volumes about how this business treats its paying customers.

I paid for my meal, I tasted it, and I gave my genuine opinion. Reviews exist so customers can share their experiences. The aggressive response I received only confirms the lack of professionalism and respect I encountered.

Ok, so it been a while since i have been here, only because of the time food takes to appear, but to my dismay i found myself ordering again, with high hopes. So 801pm i called and ordered 2 shish llamb rolls and a salami pide. Was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes, which i already know is a lie, but i arrived at 819. Was told to wait, as normal. 830 came and i went to the counter and queried why there was no charcoal burning for my shish, and why the food is taking its time, was told that i said 2 MEAT BOXES AND A PIDE! AND WAS THEN TOLD THAT YOU DONT HAVE ANY SHISH LEFT. Again, totally unacceptable, for the 3rd time, and its such a shame as your food is or was awesome. No more can i take the ineptitude of your business. And now you call me a liar! what a fantastic way to...

I got a uber order last month. Everything was ok and tasty and well portioned.

Only problem was the lahmacun. It did not come with any salad, onion or lemon and was too thick to be like a normal lahmacun where you can roll it and eat it. It was a bit disappointing because the picture online is differnt and looks like regular lahmacun like in turkiye but what I received reminded me more of pide with chilli on top haha oh well !

I dont know k how to reply to the restaurant owner, but your own photo on Ubereats, you can see onions sprinkled with sumak. I was just living in turkiye for the last 4 years, and it's pretty commob to come with onions that are sprinkled with sumak on it just like your photo...
