It's called the quantum brewery but there's no mention of the brews on your review?? That's a shame because the beers were fantastic!!! I've been to hundreds of graft breweries & your beers are up there!!! I got the paddle which was exceptional & good value for money, I generally like the ales & darker beers and today I really enjoyed your Keita 👍 second best lager i've ever had!!! Columbus,Remy & Tisha were also very good & true to your description that came with the paddle. I have tried hundreds of IPA's and pale ales & your Columbus was a 7 or 8 out of 10!! the Remy is a very good dark ale & the Tisha is a good stout I liked the subtleness of it!! So in summary Keita rates 9 & a half Columbus 8 Remy 9 Tisha 7 I'm sorry but I found the staff a bit aloof at the start. But they warmed up after a chat!! I live locally, and have been to the Quantum Brewery just a few times! This establishment has added something very special to our town. Excellent beer and wine (I’ve yet to try the gin paddle!), the most more-ish pizza, snacks and platters, great coffee, the best GF brownies! Just wanted to re-post this again! Another lovely stay with the gals of Quantum!! Air B&B with ITS OWN BREWERY!!! Lovely apartment, great amenities, superb hosts & did I mention the BREWERY! Four of the finest ales on offer (technically only one is an ale!) Lager, Pale Ale, Dark Chocolate Porter Ale (I think) & Stout, delicious! Not to mention the so-drinkable Ginger Cider …Yummo!
