DO NOT ONLINE ORDER FOR DELIVERY. After waiting 1 hr for a delivery (NOT PICK UP- DELIVERY!)- I called to find out how much longer my meal would be. I was told by the manager (who vapes out the front multiple times through previous eat-in dinners I have had there- pretty gross and then handles your food) that I need to come in and pick it up as they had no one to deliver. I was told delivery was 1 hr which is fine- but they never mentioned no delivery until I called. What if I couldn't pick up the food? What if I didn't call them - I would have been waiting forever thinking my food would be arriving but never would. Ridiculous- They may be new to the location- but they have been in business fo several years under a different brand- so its disappointing to see.

I understand they were busy, but I asked her if there was a reason I was not phoned earlier and told there is no delivery. She stated they didn't think about it and then she said my meal still had 5 more minutes before it would be delivered. I told her whether it was 5 more minutes or not (The time is irrelevant) they basically make people wait 1 hr before telling them there is no delivery- pointless. I could of ordered food or picked up my own food at another restaurant in mt barker. The manager then laughed and brushed off my concern for others who would sadly order online, wait 1hr before they were told no delivery.

I get they were slammed. But a phone call would of taken 1 minute to say "no delivery tonight". No point in having a delivery option if you cannot deliver or have a system that alerts customers that delivery isnt available. Super disappointed as I was a customer for several years. Wont be returning- particularly from the rude manager response when I asked her about giving a courtesy phone call to customers.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE...

This was our first time dining here. I don't know where to start...the menu was so hard to read..it was just a cluster of food put together, the entrees were OK when they arrived as was the cocktail, but then everything went down hill from there. The Greek brothers was literally dry meat on a stick the pita was burnt and inedible, my partners pollo chicken was tasteless and under cooked and nothing like described. The desert was OKish. Now this was just the food...the service was so unprofessional, staff were running out the restaurant to pat and hold a stray cat, my partner had to get up to ask for cutlery as it was forgotten we had to ask for our drink menu as it was taken away(we were the only few people in the restaurant so it's not like it was busy) the waitress when giving us our wine which was expensive didn't open the bottle or pour the glass it was plonked on our table and we were asked to pass our empty cocktail glasses to them instead of them picking them off the table. The staff were sitting at the bar eating and on their phones, It was the first and last time we will be coming here definitely not worth $170 we were extremely disappointed. I don't think them moving to Aston Hills under a new name is really going to help unless they have new...

(Aston Hills) Went here on a somewhat busy Friday night, and I can't say I had a great time at this restaurant. The waitstaff was painfully slow, it took one of us to stand up from our table to have someone come and take our order. When they finally took our order, they repeated it back to us correct, however they managed to get it wrong on the order sheet for in the kitchen. To add to the frustration, they forgot an item we had to remind them about not once, but twice. On top of all the previous mishaps, when the manager came over to apologise for the mistake of one of us being given the incorrect dish and gave it us complimentary, we re-mentioned the missing item that was yet to show up, we had a glimmer of hope for a resolution as we were told they would follow up. However, to our disappointment, the manager couldn't rectify the situation either. Instead, we were left with no choice but to request that the missing item be removed from our bill. The whole experience left us frustrated and unsatisfied with the service, and it's safe to say we won't be returning to this restaurant anytime soon. It's just not worth the hassle.
