Ordered 3 donuts at midland gate shopping centre on 10th June. Not sure if female staff member was being trained, as male worker was on the other side of the counter (not serving but talking and watching her). I ordered 3 donuts. Female said 10minutes. I said I’ll be back. I came back after 10mins. And stood there waiting. 2 people who ordered after me revived their orders. The female knew I was waiting and instead of asking- kept making the other orders. After 25minutes of waiting and the others receiving their order, she finally asked what I was waiting for?! I was like my 3 donuts. Her reply- ohh I think I threw your bag with your order in the bin. I’ll make them now. I’m then finally handed 3 donuts. No offer of a refund, or extra donuts for the wait. The customer service was terrible. The staff member looked flustered and rushed and there was only about 5 different customer orders in that whole time. The service is extremely slow and needs a better system and when you mess up an order- fix it. I refund or free donut goes a long way when you stuff up.
