My boyfriend ordered some food for the both of us through DoorDash on the 6th of Oct. The payment went through at 8:40pm and the expected time was 8:59 - 9:09pm. After an HOUR of waiting for our order we tried to contact the restaurant directly through their number and they didn’t answer, we tried to call three times and no one answered the call. So he went into the store to pick up the order himself because the wait was becoming ridiculous at this point, it was supposed to be a DELIVERY. How is it okay to be leaving any customer waiting for an entire order for an hour??, this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant so when we are left waiting this long it ruins the entire appeal of it being fast food. EXTREMELY disappointed, it is understandable when an establishment is busy, there is not much that can be done. However, when he reached the location there was only one other person waiting in the restaurant for their order. The worker who he spoke to was anything but useful, he tried to ask for compensation as any normal person would do after waiting for almost an hour and a half at this point for TWO MEALS. She said that she was not able to do so because the store manager was not in the store which makes me wonder why have that type of system? why is the people who are trained on the pos system not able to issue refunds? why do you expect customers to just wait around for a store manager to “supposedly contact them”. There is no guarantee that anyone will even call, anyone that is trained to handle the money should be able to issue refunds. She did not seemed trained at all as she was rude saying “do you even want your food?” so another reason we are disappointed in the service that we received tonight. When he tried to ask about his drink since he did not realise that he has it at first, the employee had airpods in. That is not appropriate for the work place especially when there are customers in the store, if the store was closed and there were no customers than who would care but there were customers. As I sit in my own car with my therapy dog . I vented to my dog.
Only to be given that of a abruptly loud sound of.
Exit the drive through. No service. In short. Demand to leave.
Given my situation I understand what happened.
So I went into the same store and asked to speak to manager. To compare the situation. Give a explanation of what had acurd an who I was.

As I have a tromer disability. I don't let it stop me an I have lernt to go out and have a new exspiernce in life.
I enjoy sharing a burger with my new support dog. As a treat fir us both.

Read moreIt was a bad day in store I think. Very few people waiting. 5 tables out of 7 were empty, more critically they were all dirty. The counter where I eventually got served was also greasy and smeared. I brought to the attention of staff and they cleaned it all straight away. But my complaint is about the food. I ordered a BBQ burger with cheese. The arrival of the burger was very dissapointing. You can see in the pic it looked a mess! What you can't see is the greasy, soggy bun displayed something inedible. Over microwaved. I returned it to counter and asked for a refund. The staff were agreeable, polite and responsive. This was very welcome. What was not appreciated was the state of cleanliness of the eating areas, and the seriously mess of the burger.
I rarely go to this outlet because it's always hit and miss in terms of quality and cleanliness. On this day apart for the long wait for service the staff I talked to were responsive and pleasant. A big plus...
