Chicken Treat Narrogin — Restaurant in Narrogin

Today I was served by staff who seemed a bit careless and carefree. I ordered my usual Tempta Burger combo with a vanilla Pepsi. Instead, after waiting for about 5 minutes or more, I was given chips that were a bit squished, a twister (didn't realise till I got back to work) and had to ask for my Pepsi because they forgot about it. They weren't very busy but as I waited, the queue began to grow.

One other occasion, a cashier/operator failed to notice me standing at the counter, I was next to the person she just served. She never looked up or approached the counter after serving the lady even though there was myself and another person waiting.. CT lost a sale that day.

Prior to that, service is usually good. Come on Narrogin, get some competition happening please, then maybe staff will focus more...

They used to be consistently good before a change in management/production circa 1-3 years ago.

Now the chips are consistently really bad. They kind of taste like they are cooked in a fryer contaminated with their donut chips, that is, sickeningly with a hint of sweet that is too small to be pleasant and ends up making me nauseaes instead.

I am pretty forgiving for fast food, but this place has become too inconsistent tobe worth it, especially considering the absurd price increases they are...

24/4/22Long weekend, very busy. Customer service was fantastic !!! We didn't know what we were ordering... not regulars. The attendant (woman ) let us know time length for crunchified chicken . Ok, happy to wait. Then when paying & waiting this lovely woman rearranged our order explaining we were doubling up on almost everything. All the while smiling & keeping us up dated . We intend to go back when we collect our van in the very near future . & btw the food was the best take out of its kind in a long time & we ate it...
