Cafe Pennoz — Restaurant in New South Wales

Disgusting service. Walked in and wasn't greeted, so we went up to the counter to ask for menus. waited while everyone ignored us for a couple minutes and then they gave us greasy menus and said they probably aren't doing everything on there. We picked some stuff and ordered, was immediately given the EFTPOS machine without asking about coffee. Was super curt the entire time like we were inconveniencing them by ordering food at 10am on a Friday. I stayed at the counter to order coffee while my group sat down and was ignored until I awkwardly left to sit down. Told us to get our own water from their fridge which was placed behind stacks of chairs. Very rude service. Everyone seemed to hate being there and hate customers more. Food was ok, the eggs Benedict was saturated in sauce and made the bread soggy and gross. The other meals we got were good though. Would not come...

Asked for a small chips. Waited 30 minutes as the people around me got their food and left. I watched someone walk in order and receieve their small chips all before i recoeved mine. When i finally recoeved my chips they were completely uncooked and when i compared with my friend they had almost quadriple the amount i had. We had ordered the same thing. The service was horrible too. They were nothing but rude and treated me as a fountain of money. When i recieved my food they slammed it infront of me and gave me attitude as if i was a inconvinence. If i could rate this place zero stars i would. 1 star seems...

I am a tafe student and some days I will either have breakfast or lunch from this cafe they do really good delicious food.
