Domino's Pizza Calala — Restaurant in New South Wales

Ordered pizza to be delivered at 7pm. 8.30 pm we ring to check on the order as the app said it was still being made. Was told we could pick order up in 15 mins or wait longer for delivery. We decided to pick our order up only to get home and realise that one of our pizzas was not what we ordered. So i had to drive back out to pick up the pizza that was incorrect and was told they would throw a garlic bread in for the inconvenience but when i asked about it i was told id have to wait another 5 minutes for the free garlic bread as they had to cook me one. I didnt have time to wait around so i left. 2 staff in shop and 1 delivery driver on a friday night isnt good enough. I always use dominos as they are close to home and i like there range of pizzas but after this experience i might be ...

Ordered our half and half pizza. One side with extra chicken (it did not have extra chicken). Added spring onion (it did not have spring onion). Said it was done and we still waited 45 minutes for it to be delivered. When delivered we didn’t receive our drink we ordered or our extra sauces and not to mention the pizza was cold! Making us wonder if it was even sitting in a warmer for those 35 minutes (we live 10 minutes away). Honestly, the worst experience possible and will never order...

Usually good, but very very poor service tonight. Forgot part the order, twice, had to wait half an hour for it to be ready. Get home and open the pizza, two of three are wrong. Rang the store and was told either get a refund, come and pick up a remade order or wait an hour and a half for home delivery to rectify their mistake. Just sent the wife back to get it rectified as I did not want to abuse the staff from being so angry. Will be unlikely to use this...
