Domino's Pizza Goonellabah — Restaurant in New South Wales

Disgraceful experience on the 16/12/2022, got delivery only to get the wrong pizza, they said they would send out a fresh one and 45 minutes later Istill had nothing, went into store to see what was happening, stood in store for 15 minutes to not have one staff member assist me as the bloke up front just sat there answering phone calls.

Literally called the store in front of him and he picked up and that was the only way to get their attention.

Waited once more for 15 minutes after speaking to the bloke and they didn't even give me an apology or a wait time on this to be sorted out.

No compensation for any of this whatsoever exept the replacement for the wrong delivery, even after this the pizza was missing ingredients as they had ran out of them? they never informed me of this, just expected me to be happy with this.

After an hr of waiting they gave me the pizza but before doing so the manager tired to scold me for coming in and "harassing their staff" and saying that my being there was not funny, ...like i would wait an hr for some pizza to be funny, its absolutely disgusting that the manager after hearing what was happening with my food would have the audacity to play the victim. Absolutely abysmal. I was under the impression that a franchise wasn't able to vary prices from one town to the next but apparently this is not true of Domino's in gbah who has taken it upon themselves to charge $8 for a pizza you will pick up anywhere in Australia for 5.50$. Personally I find this abhorrent. Particularly as they are the only outlet available to a town that has seen so much tragedy. You would think that management or head office would understand the detrimental affect this has. I have always touted Domino's as the best value fast food outlet available Maccas and KFC being exorbitantly expensive but this is outrageous and dulls somewhat the shine.
