We went to Fiorini’s last night for dinner and absolutely loved it. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavour — you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. Each dish felt thoughtfully prepared and authentically Italian. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the service was friendly without being overbearing. A wonderful spot for a casual evening out or a special dinner — highly recommend if you’re after delicious, fresh Italian food!

Delicious Italian food in an intimate setting amongst the foothills of Mt Canobolas.

Excellent staff, fabulous authentic menu in a rustic setting. Non extensive menu.

My husband and I dined here whilst on holiday from Sydney. I was under impressed with the food, service, and atmosphere given the reviews I have read. We had the pumpkin risotto (the special savoury dish of the evening), it lacked flavour,, too many pinenuts, the cavolo nero was tough and the cold bocconcini on top were an unpleasant addition to the dish. We also had the spaghetti with crab.....struggled to find any crab, but it had a nice flavour. The semi freddo dessert we ordered, was, also the special for the evening. This was nice but tasted more like a cheesecake than a semi freddo and was a little busy with all the different elements. The wine list could be expanded given the fantastic wineries in the area. The service levels need a little polishing. The greeting when we arrived was offhand. The waitress just waved in the direction of our table. Our waiter did not appear to enjoy being there, and we barely got a smile. We dined at two other venues during our stay, and I would rank this...

Celebrated a birthday lunch on Fathers Day. From the warm welcome to fond farewell it was a truly beautiful experience. Our friends visiting from Noosa were equally impressed. Excellent service, the most beautiful food which was so fresh with really amazing combinations of flavours and a well balanced and affordable wine list offering something for everyone - we had almost everything on the menu and shared it all, even managing to fit in 2 desserts with the special blood orange cake a standout. Thanks Sim for your truly exceptional flavour bombs, and thank you Kelly for you and your teams wonderful service. Can’t wait for our...

We had the so called banquet for $80 per head- the very mediocre food was drowned in olive oil , salt and garlic to the point where it was wet and sloppy.True Italian food uses these condiments to accompany the food not dominate it.Staff do not know how to smile. Some of the banquet dishes seem to have been reheated and it was a little disturbing to watch the staff put the already stale bread not used from the table into plastic bags and back in the fridge.Staff were also observed eating some of the leftovers from the table which is not a good look.Too expensive, food terrible and...
