This cafe is wonderful! The food was really big portion sizes and so delicious. Their breakfast menu is only until 11:30 and then lunch starts. The prices are so reasonable and there are so many vego and gluten-free options. The coffee was great, and there are fresh juice options, too. The staff are so accomidating and friendly! They were quick to bring out meals and so polite. The view is incredible and despite it being a busy Saturday there was a lot of space to sit. There are bathrooms that are clean and wheel chair accessible through the back of the building. Thanks so much, we had a wonderful brunch 😊

Unfortunately I can only give the 2 stars for the location of my favourite beach within an hour of Sydney. I’m not sure if management have changed here since last summer but the food I was served today definitely did not meet the expectations after paying $26 (~$10 smoothie, ~$16 burger & chips). The fries were very undercooked (and I observed others being served the same), and the cheeseburger had what I would describe as a factory made kids patty it was so small. I’m not someone that would usually leave a negative review but this needs to be noted.

Mac’s offers the best view in town! The staff are incredibly friendly no matter how busy they are and whether it's breakfast, lunch, or the special dinner service, the food is consistently delicious. And let's not forget the coffee—smooth and satisfying every time. Without a doubt, my favourite spot on the coast to grab a coffee, a meal and recharge!

My Wife’s comments.

If you’re Coeliac or gluten intolerant, don’t bother going to Mac’s Beach Cafe at McMasters beach, Central Coast. Limited gluten free options. The burger patties contain gluten breadcrumbs, the slow cooked lamb on the menu wasn’t available (ā€˜we’re not doing the lamb at the moment’), some sauces contain gluten, service is slow, meals expensive, & poor attitude - my green tea was delivered and I was advised that the green tea was ā€˜gluten free’, before he sauntered off. And, they got my order wrong- a cheese and tomato toastie - no ham. They gave me a ham, cheese and tomato toastie. I only hope they put it on gluten free bread as requested, otherwise things are going to get interesting in about half an hour. Lots of vegan options, which is great for those who choose to be vegoes or vegan, but absolutely no 🤬 use to me. Won’t be eating...

First time visiting this cafe while holidaying in Australia. Was so impressed with the first visit we went back again. The cappuccino coffees we had were fabulous, well presented and great flavour. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, a couple of the items were extra. The poached eggs were perfect for my liking, firm whites and runny yolks on lovely juicy buttered toast with avocado tasty bacon and hollandaise sauce on the side. It was fantastically presented like a 5 star restaurant as you can see from the photos. The staff were very friendly too. A great location by the sea with great views. Definitely worth a visit if your in the area. Also very dog friendly if your out for a walk. Will be back one day when we next...
