They would not take our order at the counter and made us us the self serve. One of the workers from the McCafe came out to inform us that they no longer serve the coconut pinabble bread so offered us banana bread instead. And then another worker came out to tell us that they no longer served the caramel indulgence shake and asked what I wanted instead. I asked what I could get for the same price as what I ordered and was told a thickshake, I asked for a caramel one so she went off to get it only to come back to tell me they don't do caramel. I finally received my drink which I was told was the same price as what I had ordered, I decided to check this only to find out my replacement drink was cheaper than what I uad originally ordered! So I went back and was refunded the difference. The customers sitting beside us also had an issue with their order. This is jot the first time we have been here and order items fro. The self serve to later be told 'We no longer serve that.' If you don't serve it, REMOVE IT FROM YOUR MENU!
