Tweed Indian Hut — Restaurant in New South Wales

Very very poor Infact ... I'd even say it's rubbish. All curries were the same stock sauce with a minor tweak here n there .. We all expect the 'aussie butter chicken ) dish to be a safe winner .... Unfortunately not.just tomato sauce with slight flavouring and a megre amount of chicken pieces.... The Lamb Madras.. woeful! More stock standard sauce with 4 or 5 little cubes of fairly tender lamb...hence the 1 star. The bread... Bahahaha Don't make me laugh..... As a London born with indian heritage... The lord himself couldn't convince me that was put any where near a tandoor oven... Rubbery and dry., certainly not what one expects when ordering a cheese n garlic naan.... Surely you would expect oozing cheese and garlic flavour........ Let s wrap this up with the 50 dollar 💰💵 price tag and miserable reception when entering the dark dingy den......and you got yet another display of People who DO know better.. but choose to make and sell the Aussie public cheap fake dishes that resemble nothing of indian heritage or food.. I wouldn't go back there with your money Good luck... It's tuff out...

I want to put 3.5 but let's round it up to 4 for good measure. Slightly late didnt bother me the least. The food was delish but missing something in flavour. I was excited for the gulab, love that stuff. It was replaced i assume with samosas by the look of them. Completely wrong end of the spectrum for sweets. Its rare i eat sweets and the gulab is something I love. Will I try food again, yeah probably. The staff were super lovely on the phone and in person so...

The great food made up for the horrible delivery service by door dash. Had to collect my meals as door dash delivered the wrong order. Upon arrival I was greeted with an apologies and extra vegetable samosas. Awesome indian food and great customer service at Tweed indian hut. Will return again but not...
