Domino's Pizza Fletcher Village — Restaurant in Newcastle-Maitland

Pre ordered 4 pizzas an hour prior to delivery time and turned up 2 hrs later . Rang three times after the estimated delivery time and then told each time its waiting for delivery or it was out for delivery. Complete lies by the way . Only after getting the pizza over an hour late , only to realise they didn't put pepperoni on any of the pizzas that were ordered with , plus no stuffed crust on the one ordered with .No phone call to explain just rubbish excuses . Offered a refund but we will see if actually turns up . Really disappointing. The poor kid that had to lie on the phone instead of ringing around and letting people know their orders...

I've already submitted feedback for this order but I need to add that the two classic crust pizzas were undercooked and inedible. What a very disappointing experience. I'd appreciate someone reaching out via email so I can provide photos of this poor effort. I called the store to ask for an email address to provide feedback and was advised to leave a review here and that I could provide photos. Nope. We are all now feeling unwell due to undercooked pizzas and have wasted money also. Apparently it costs extra to have pizzas cut also... What an...

The customer service in this place is non existent. Paid $24 for one pizza and a total order of $75 to have the double decadence base only to arrive to the staff saying “we made a mistake we have given you the wrong pizza and will make the correct one” only to get home and realise the correct pizza was also incorrect.
