I came into the store today at 4:30pm. Once i had ordered on the self serve machine, i waited for my order. While i was waiting, there was 6 employees (including the manager) that were standing around talking near the service bench/order station. They looked as though they had made no efforts to prepare my order and continued to talk about non work related topics. The table i sat at was dirty so i asked for a cloth so i could clean it myself, an employee came over to wipe the table (it was still dirty). After waiting for 2 burgers in meals for 16 minutes, the manager handed me my order with a blank face-showing poor service skills. Another customer had entered the store that the manager knew and had a loud, personal conversation. Overall, iâm unimpressed with the level of professionalism and customer service, especially from the manager. As someone who works in the food industry/hospitality, the service i received was awful, if i were to act like this in my workplace I can assure that i would be let go.    Read moreAN ABSOLUTE JOKE. Ordered a meal at the speaker, then noticed as we drove away that it was the wrap by itself. At the next window, mentioned to the girl that the wrap is supposed to be in a meal. After 5 minutes of trying to make it make sense for her, she said âoh yeah it already is in a mealâ. But no. We received the wrap by itself. NOW FOR THE GOOD BIT⌠We offered to pay for what we ordered as we still wanted the chips and the drink, but of course, itâs the âoh no we canât do that here you have to drive around againâ (mind you, this is xmas eve - long line). We explained to the 14 year old pipsqueak (âsupervisorâđ) that we donât want to do that as a consequence of THEIR ERROR and can we just pay through the window. Nup not allowed. The supervisor was rude and has obviously never been taught that the customer is always right! Just as the girl taking orders hasnât been trained properly to listen to corrections repeated more than 3x.    Read moreI understand that this is a busy holiday period and staff are overwhelmed, however, the lack of service I received is reflected in my poor rating. I was missing part of my order and in order to return to the store I wasted 15min driving back only to be met with an obtuse young man who treated me like some common criminal look to gain free items and worse monoply cards. I returned my cold burger and was treated poorly buy this aggressive natured young person. He reluctantly replace my meal and missing item but went so far as to remove the monoply card from the fries packet and put my drink and burger in monoply promo free packaging. Personally I couldn't give a toss about the monoply promo but his insistance to remove them made me feel like a criminal. Shame on you for allowing this poor drivethru...
