My Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Padbury

The food is good but the service needs serious improvement. I'm regular takeaway customer. I stood in front of the desk and waiting to make eye contact with the waitress to pick up my order. She kept ignoring me and calling out names of other uber takeaway orders. After she finished gave food for them, she ignored me again and came back to the kitchen even though I was standing right in front of her desk. But then she greeted the one behind me and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I then had to come so close to her again for third time and noticed my food there, that's when I finally got my food. They are always busy with takeaway. My previous experience was all good with different staff but this time is pretty upsetting. I hope the communication between waitress and customer could be improved in future. Maybe at least make eye contact with me and tell me that she is busy and will come back to me...

Absolute rubbish. Service was good but the food was possibly the worst take away I've ever eaten. The garlic prawn consisted of 8 x frozen prawns (with tails left on) on lettuce with some Thai sauce - literally that was the dish. The fish dish we ordered was a chef special... the only thing I'm going to say about this dish is that it was so disgusting that I was cringing while eating it and only ate it because I was starving. To top it off they didn't give us our 'FREE' drink. Seriously how hard is it to serve a decent meal? I know I won't...

Worst Thai meal ever. Had the duck curry, hardly any duck in it. What was in there was stringy and mainly skin. Also ordered the Tom Yum Goong. Seriously 3 prawns in a bowl of prawn soup. Also all the flavours were watered down and weak. Nothing like proper Thai food. Complained to the waitress on the way out she didn't even apologize, just wanted the cash. Absolute disgrace.
