Pingelly hotel is a great place to pop into for a drink and game of pool with friends any day of the week. The service is very friendly, helpful and efficient, some of the kitchen staff (the youngest staff members) could use a bit more training in customer service and customer educate manners/ and respect for any and all who may enter the facility, the owner is also friendly and accommodating with both local patrons and tourist alike... food is very tasty but sadly a bit on the pricier side these days, has chase the ace on Friday night with great prize money opportunities if lady luck is on your side, lt could use a better, wider range of alcohol both new and modern as well as the all time favourites and classics , needs a wider and better wine selection too... I believe the pingelly hotel is a great place to meet up with friends after work or on the weekend for a drink and maybe a meal but could definitely use something like a cocktail night once a week, karaoke or more live entertainment or even something fun or silly like themed bingo night or quiz/trivia night or possibly a pool comp or talent show to really draw in the crowds both...

I'm happy anywhere as long as the staff treat you and others associated, Dee, Singh , Stevie, Lilly and Ronald are exceptional people and their attitudes and service , display a reflection of this and the town I witnessed really like them and appreciate there hard work, time and general friendliness and and honesty which I have the up-most respect for as well , don't really care to certain degree , how old or new place is , however it's the way your treated and All these staff members are down to earth , brilliant and completely competant and genuinely friendly and the like. 5 STARS for Service and Attitude!!!! An unexpected delight. Yes, we'd read the positive reviews, and so we booked a room and table in the restaurant with hope that the reviews would half-meet our expectations. The room we were given was generous for the very reasonable price we paid. But it is the food which blew us away. We're Sydney-snobs from a hospitality background, and the food was better than we could have imagined. The Chef is an artist.
