Domino's Pizza Lighthouse Beach — Restaurant in Port Macquarie

After many less than average experiences with just this location, the latest order (8/10/24) was the last straw. Not only was it late, the packaging had suffered greatly after a 25 minute scooter ride. See photos. Then, the Chicken pizza was barely cooked and the extra large BBQ Meat thingy was nearly burnt to a crisp. See photos. The garlic prawn ($7 more for the extra large) had only 7 prawns for a 8 slice pizza that was also barely cooked. See photos. Chips were inedible, with one batch looking like there was mould or off potatoes used. Again see photos.

Perhaps the lack of care comes from the knowledge that there are very limited options in Port Macquarie. If so, shame on the Franchisee.

So Why. Did. We. Keep. Going. Back? Definition of insanity to keep doing the same thing and expect a different result. We've been more than forgiving on so many occasions, often simply because we like to support local businesses. We now firmly believe that these businesses need to earn support and loyalty, mainly through consistency and quality when it comes to food service industry. Dominos Lighthouse = Fail on...

At 4 today I ordered and use my free pizza coupon from my last order because my pizza was late and burnt.. so I put my order in to be delivered at 6 p.m. at 6:25 they weren't here so I called them they said they didn't know where my order was five times the young boy left the phone asked me to hold to see where my order was in the ender came back and said it's just lost nobody can find it do you want to reorder or get your money back and I said no I will re-order because it's supposed to be free.. so that order was put in at 634.. at 7:20 I rang them and asked where was my second order the young boy said it was being cooked it'll be there in 1520 minutes as we only live up the street.. at 8:05 I rang again and asked where was my order the young boys said it is on its way that they have left with it I received it at 8:15 tonight ..2 1/4 hrs late and the pizza is that raw that the cheese is not even melted.. The 85 year old lady I was buying the pizza for and share with said to me next time go to...

I usually don't expect much from Dominoes and no offense their pizzas are cheap .Up here on holidays and had to get about 6 pizzas for the families and a local told me to only go to this one . Wow . Best Domino's I have ever had . They put the same amount of pepperoni that in Sydney I have to pay the extra for . These guys do not skimp on the toppings even on the $5 pizzas . Also the crust was crunchier and the best I have ever had on a thin and crispy . I think they might turn up the temp on the oven up a bit to get that crust . Either way Keep doing what you are doing . I think you know your doing ok because the place was packed...
