I think the staff may have a problem with me? I got a coffee card there enabling me to get a free coffee after buying 10, like I do whenever I frequent a cafe and for the first time ever I got told my iced caramel latté's do not count on the card, after having staff tick off 4 coffees prior already. She refused to cross them off the card, handed it back and said that the card is for Hot coffees only. Last time I checked my coffee costs more than the average Joe coffee, and is coffee. I suggest writing it on the card, "This card is only for customers I like".

Great service and atmosphere. We ordered two drinks and the cake of the week. We were accidentally overcharged for the cake but staff was happy to refund us the difference. The cake came out late as they dropped our order but when I brought it up they were polite and apologised for the inconvenience and brought it out as soon as they could. Would definitely recommend to friends and come back again.

Great food, satisfied my hunger after some shopping in 3 different stores. Social distancing and Covid 19 restrictions in place. We have been there numerous times since then, mostly for take away and ordered the same food each time. One thing I noticed though is that the portioning is more when dining in rather than take away. Hmm.

Our experience at this cafe in Port Macquarie was a complete disaster. This morning, we made the mistake of choosing this place for breakfast while on our holidays. To add insult to injury, we ended up paying a whopping $96 for what can only be described as a breakfast catastrophe - 4 x breakfasts and 4 x drinks.

To begin with, the kids had a measly 2 x pieces of toast with avocado and feta, and that alone was extortionately priced at $23! We reluctantly accepted this highway robbery, thinking it was the least of our problems. But then, they had the audacity to tack on an extra $12 for a phone/app order fee, even though we placed and paid for our order over the counter. When we dared to question this preposterous charge, the waiter feebly claimed that her manager insisted on adding it because of the kids' meals. What a load of nonsense!

The only redeeming quality in this whole miserable ordeal was the waitress who, though nice and apologetic, seemed just as bewildered by the absurd charges as we were. However, her kindness couldn't salvage the catastrophe that unfolded.

To top it all off, every bit of food served to us was ice-cold, and the toast was so undercooked it was practically inedible. This cafe is a disgrace, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Avoid...

I cannot comprehend the deplorable service by the staff in this cafe, and by reading a few reviews it’s evident that I’m not the only person who is treated poorly as a paying customer. I went in yesterday, poor service, but assumed it was an off day and let it go. I actually wasn’t spoken to today when I went it. An older lady rolled her eyes and walked away from me as I came to the counter to order, and the lady who stepped in didn’t say a word. She just looked at me, what a delight. I politely ordered my coffee for the second day in a row, but after the continuation of low quality service, I’m sure you can understand why I won’t be back. However, it seems some of the staff don’t care about customer relationships (or courtesy for that matter).

Massive thumbs up to the young girls making the coffees and smiling! I can’t imagine how it must feel to be employed at this establishment. Please don’t learn the habits of the older...

We went here this morning for breakfast while in Port Macquarie on holidays. We paid $96 for 4 x breakfasts and 4 x drinks. The kids only had 2 x pieces of toast, avocado and feta and that was charged at $23 for the both, which we thought was reasonable but then we were charged an extra $12 for a phone/app order even though we ordered and paid over the counter, when we questioned this charge the waiter said her manager told her to add it on and it had something to do with the kids meals? She was lovely and apologetic and not very understanding of this charge either. What made the outrageous cost even worse was that all of our food was cold and the toast was barely cooked....
