We ordered two drinks, one Merry Berry Watermelon with Rainbow Jelly and one Assam Black Tea, both in large size, through the self-order. Got my drink without the rainbow jelly. I returned to ask if there was a mistake while making the drink; the staff over the counter said, "Sorry, we ran out of rainbow jelly." Chat Time is a Global brand, so please, the management, can you train your staff to make sure if there is something out of stock, then the staff should ask if your customers are still happy to take their order or change to something else. I feel that the staff answered my question and didn't know what they should do instead of simply offering me another topping. It is not their fault if the management didn't tell them what to do in this situation. I also feel for myself as a loyal Chat Time customer and got treated unprofessionally. Read moreWas on my way home from a road trip stopped in and noticed they had a chatime and said why not. Ordered at the self serve machine. Service is extremely slow after 20 minutes I went up to the counter no one served me so I went to the OTR counter. I asked would you happen to know if anyone is working at chatime at the moment. The girl who served me just walked off and made my drink and once it was done put it on the counter and didn’t even say anything. I wasn’t the only one she was rude to she was rude to my husband and other customers. I was unaware it was the OTR workers that made the drinks, if I had known I would have waited until it was quieter to ask as it was quite busy at the time.

Read moreIncredibly slow. Been twice now; both times the same girl as no sense of urgency and always seems to be out the back with the toppings. Ordered a head of time on this visit, once again she no one was at the chatime to be seen. Stood with others waiting and did not get acknowledged once in my 6 minutes of standing there with the app open on my phone (which did not say ready for pick up). Only reason I got my drinks a bit quicker was because I stuck my head around by the straws and saw my drinks sitting there. Grabbed them and left without a single word to the worker.
