Stopped by on leaving the zoo at Pilton. On entering, person behind counter quite abrupt in talking to us, we were a group of 4 and we're told 'only 2 people in here', which is fine considering current situation with covid, but the tone was not friendly in the slightest really, and could have been excused with a "please" or general kindness. 2 of us stayed out the door, we all felt rushed to order. One of my sisters wanted a baked potato, she was told they didn't have any. She went with nachos and it was disappointing to say the least with minimal meat. Hamburger was alright, and a toasted sandwich you can't really do wrong in making. Won't be a stopping point when we go to the zoo again, we will just return home...

I stopped by the Clifton Jam Factory Coffee Shop and was pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a lovely view. The staff were friendly and attentive.
The coffee was excellent – rich and full-bodied. I enjoyed it with a delicious slice of cake. The jam-themed decor added a fun touch.
