After new management took over the shop in 2021, service got horrible. I went to the shop to pick up for food delivery. Customer’s food hasn’t been started making when I got The shop and the waitress asked me to wait for 15 mins. Of course the food was not ready in 15 mins and 30 mins after arrival, asked her again. Food was not ready then. The guy in the kitchen said “walk-in customers are no.1 priority and food delivery next, it’s my policy”. He meant food delivery customers are not important. I recommend not to order foods from food delivery services at all. That’s wonderful policy!! Also remember you will have to wait often more than 20 mins even walk in especially Friday and Saturday dinner time. After waiting more than 30 mins, any of them didn’t apologise...

This will be my first and last time ever buying your food the fish taste like its been cooking in dirty oil, the chips are cold I was only 5 minutes late for picking it up due to traffic. I got the family fish and chips I checked the price for this through Google it was and I quote "39.95" and that was with a 1.25L drink but yet I was charged $51. Maybe change your prices on google so people are made aware of how much yous charge... I'll stick to my regular fish and chips at Showgrounds!! Their prices are reasonable I can buy a family fish and chips for $45 at least I know the food is...

We hadn't tried this place out until recently even though it's only around the corner, and I'm so glad we tried it! The fish was absolutely delicious, we got it crumbed and the kabanas were absolutely devine. We didn't get chips, but we got potato scallops instead and they were pretty good too, although I don't usually eat potato scallops. The price was very reasonable for a fish and chips shop, as seafood is usually on the more expensive side, but it's an excellent family dinner when you're in a rush.
