Unfortunately, we will never go back here and would advise everyone to go elsewhere too. We love pizza and dominos, but this one has been terrible pretty consistently which is a shame because we just moved and it was our "home dominoes". We went nearly 10 times, trying to give grace and hoping for it to get better, and almost every single pizza and even garlic bread was wrong! We did have 2 awesome pizzas here out of the many, so someone in there can do it but it is so inconsistent. Neither of us has ever experienced something like this at any food establishment. It is shocking. This place does not care about cross contamination, so we do not recommend it for anyone with dietary restrictions, preferences, or allergies. The first time we had issues here, it took them 3 remakes of our pizzas and even still the orders were wrong and we gave up on trying to get the right pizza, just left with the wrong one. We told them forget about it and went home. It was either missing toppings, had random sauces, or meat in our vegetarian pizzas. The owner blamed us for them having meat in them! Unbeliveable. He said it was because we did not write in that we are vegetarian (we shouldn't have to on a VEGETARIAN pizza or vegan bread, nor is there a way to write notes on the online order site). After blaming us for not telling them, he then said that they use the same board and cutter for all pizzas so there's meat all over them and the meat gets on every pizza they cut. That would have made some amount of sense (although bad practice and frankly, gross- plus disrespectful of your customers) except for that the meat was cooked in UNDER the cheese each time it happened. You cannot blame that on a knife or plate! That means your toppings are getting mixed together from not caring and teaching your staff to be mindful as they pick up handfuls. I am food safety trained and this place reeks of bad practice. The last straw here was getting raw pizzas and having the girl working tell us the manager refused to come talk to us and saying to us that the pizzas are always raw (they aren't, nor is it okay for them to be). She told us they could not be cooked longer and it's just because of the thick base. We got thinner bases and they were still raw with raw onions on top. The owner finally came out and we wound up just leaving and cooking them at home! On top of all this, we noticed the owners name is Lucky and that there are several bad reviews all saying the orders are neber right... and a curious good one from someone named Lucky. What a coincidence. The manager here is shameful and places the problems he causes by not caring and not training staff onto his customers. We were spending about $75-100 a week here and will never buy another one. The only good thing here is that the employees are nice. No one looks over the age of 19 it's not their fault they aren't trained yet and don't work in an environment that establishes good practice. Someone needs to teach kids how to work properly when they enter the workforce, and this manager is hiring them on without taking on the responsibility of training them.
