Domino's Pizza White Rock — Restaurant in Queensland

Im not a big pizza kind of guy. Sometimes the kids want what the kids want - and after sport, pizza seems at the top of the list. That said, if your ordering here, be prepared for a wait followed by another wait for them to make your actual order. (Tip : check order before accepting at this store).

My pre-orders for a 4:30 pickup (placed up to an hour in advance) have been regularly not out of the oven before 4:50. As a Dominos pizza takes ~10 minutes to make and cook, thats pretty rough during a quiet time.

Other than the wait time, its still at 50/50 if your order is going to be correct. id suspect im jaded from my messed up orders, if not for the other guests collecting pizzas that were also missing toppings whilst i was enjoying my extended wait. At least during your wait, you can enjoy the verbal stylings of today’s youth, aka teenage employees swearing and carrying on in the kitchen, clearly audible from the front counter.

Better off heading to Joes edmonton. Otherwise, dominos edmonton (despite being the same franchisee) will have your order ready in 10 mins. Alternatively pizza hut have your back at Bentley park just a hop skip...

I give one star as there is no option to give zero. I called the store to confirm the Tuesday deal of buy one get one free (delivered) and was advised by Cody that yes this deal was available. I then called back to check if changes could be made to the order and was advised that I couldn't substitute a pizza from the premium range for one for the value range. Fair enough. I was also advised by the manager that the deal was no longer available even though there was a sandwich board outside advertising the deal. I suggested that the people answering the phone should be educated on the offers that are actually available. The managers response was "he's a driver" Perhaps drivers shouldn't be answering the phone, just a thought. I then went on line to place my order and went for one of the combo deals not realising the offer was only applicable to pick up. The Dominos app is the clunkiest and worst app I have ever had the misfortune to use. Absolute disaster and am now cooking dinner 😡 Eagerly awaiting...

I rejected the pizza they made (first photo). Guy in second photo offered me a dollar off as they had run out of chicken. I asked if they had substituted something for the missing ingredient or added extra of the ones that they do have. "No" Did you try to call to let me know? "No". I reordered a different pizza (third photo) and made sure I didn't have Chicken in the ingredients. While watching the pizza being made by Fern I saw that all the ingredient buckets were stacked on top of each other and that she was wiping her hands on a filthy chux (circled in red in fourth photo). Terrible experience that wasted my time and put me off having dinner altogether. I won't be back. Earlville is a much better store that is long established in Cairns with great service and...
