Graze Interactive Dining — Restaurant in Queensland

They're only open for breakfast at the moment, but it's a great place for it! We loved being able to watch the fish and rays swimming in the Living Reef right next to the tables! And the birds added some amusement too 🤣

They had a really good range of hot and cold options, including hot bacon, sausages, eggs, mushrooms and tomatoes, a variety of toast options (including a well seperated gluten free toaster 👍🏼), fruit, cheese and sliced meats, pastries, yoghurt, pancakes, nuts, seeds and even marshmallows!

To drink there was a variety of tea choices, coffee (either free from a large urn, or you could pay for a cafe drink), juice, cold water, and an impressive variety of milks! I do wish they'd had bigger mugs though, you had to go back two or three times to feel like you'd actually had a morning cuppa 🤣

Breakfast buffet lacking variety, poor restocking ( empty dishes ) general poor quality of basic food ( rock hard waffles) Buffet in general could be cleaner ( bacon mixed with hashbrown pieces and the like) and some staff need an improvement on hygiene ( playing with hair then re-filling bread stations/fruit with no gloves ).

Dinner menu is nothing exciting and would equate to a 2 star dining experience.

Very disappointed given this is the only breakfast buffet available. If a very basic options are offered, fresh and clean options would be appreciated and...

Last night at graz'n, we were blown away by the amazing service from Jose! From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a smile.
