Recommend the scallops with truffle, reef fish, kangaroo and halloumi and quinoa dishes as they were well balanced with sauces and accompaniments. The orange and almond cake with syrup was delicious. Vegetarian risotto and Wicked sorbet was ok. The architecture is stylish and beautiful rainforest and pond setting created a feeling of being immersed in the jungle. As evening fell the forest came alive with bird calls and frogs. Also mosquitoes in the wet season so wear insect repellent.
