KFC Yeppoon — Restaurant in Queensland

Been a regular customer but over the inconsistency. Orders almost always have something missing. Ordered online tonight, after waiting in a massive drive thru queue (obviously not their fault) get to the speaker box to announce I'm ready to pick up my order to be told the kids pop tops are gone and they were out of water bottles, (that was just for the kids meal so not the end of the world) then after finally getting to the collection window I was told they were out of original recipe chicken, seems like the kind of thing that shouldn't happen often at a kfc but this has happened multiple times, was offered original fillets as the only alternative with no altering of the price already paid, then got home to find the potato and gravy side was missing from my order now aswell. I understand the staff are mostly young teens and I can definitely appreciate struggles of hospitality workers but this is beyond a joke for the money customers pay for the food, either management or corporate need to step up and do something. Absolutely ridiculous, will not be returning. We've ordered the large feast meals a few times and have been very disappointed each time, always waiting for a long time and missing items from our order.

First time we had to wait 45 minutes for the chicken bucket, by the time we received our food the chips and buyers were soggy. Second time was just as long of a wait for chicken, fortunately the chips hadn't been sitting in the bag the whole time. Tonight we ordered a feast and just as we had done previously, ordered online and selected ready for pick up about 5 mins before arrival. Apon arriving we were told they had no hot and Spicy chicken ready an would be a 20 minute wait or we could have original recipe and wait 3 minutes. We were hungry and disappointed so just went with original recipe. 10 minutes waiting and our food is finally ready.

An absolute disgrace. While waiting for my order, I looked over the counter and the floor was absolutely covered in food and rubbish. The tables and the floor around them hadn’t been wiped or swept for what I guess was most the day. The manager asked a kid to do a quick sweep of the floor and wipe the tables. The kid got about 10 seconds into a lame effort of sweeping the floor behind the counter before the manager took the broom off him and sent him out to wipe tables. The manager then used a disgusting looking dustpan and broom to collect the pile of food and rubbish from the floor, then proceeded to go back to handling food without washing his hands.
