What a disappointment, should have checked reviews before making order. Here for the new year, let's get some fresh fish from fish shop. Sorry Kinka Kippa you need to pick up your act. Staff are unsure about how to serve,( maybe new, learning) I waited for my order approx 45 min. The 2 orders before me called, 1 large 1 small! Order after me called, 1 large! I walk up to young man and ask my ordered not been called! He goes over picks up my order which was under large order of no after mine! Don't know how long been sitting there, chips were cold.. and just fries, not CHIPS. Fish was warm. At $36 for 2 fish( mackeral) and 1 serve chips and lack of good service, not a happy customer here! Spent $80 (2 adults, 1 kid and a baby) on seafood here after deciding to purchase dinner at a small local place instead of franchise. Utterly dissapointed. Paid $14 for crumbed red emperor and its equivalent to the size of 2 kids nuggets. Paid for tartar sauce, never was included in the take away bag, specifically requested sliced lemon wedges, none included. Drove 10 minutes home, chips were soggy and burger falling apart. Don’t waste your money and go somewhere else. Don’t let the good reviews fool you, obviously they are capitalising on the holiday season...

Went to pickup my order, as I ordered over the phone. I gave a staff member the name for my order, they went into the kitchen but didn't come back. Gave another staff member the name for my order, and they tell me they're out of chicken parmigiana, so I had a crumbed mackerel instead.
