Lizzys Country Bakehouse — Restaurant in Queensland

I am traveling Australia a bit and popped in at Lizzy's on the way to Rocky. These pies were amazing! I had chunky steak and cheese, and mum got pepper steak. My pie was so full, cheese was oozing out of it everywhere. We both got a slice each, cherry ripe and custard, both were massive slices, could have cut them in half, and still had too much. Stopped in for lunch as passing through area. We're kiwis and appreciate a decent meat pie occasionally - chunky steak and chunky steak and cheese pies did not disappoint. Pastry, quantity of meat and flavour were all good. Tidy wee area out the front to eat, friendly service and public toilets right next door.
