Wish I could give more stars because the food is absolutely delicious, but unfortunately the service really let this place down.

We placed a phone order at 5:36pm and were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived at 5:56pm and by 6:06pm I had to call my partner as the order still wasn’t ready. He was told it would be just 2 more minutes. At 6:16pm I called again, as we had very small children waiting in the car, and the order was still not ready. While on the phone, the staff member behind the counter argued with my partner about the wait time rather than acknowledging the delay.

In the end, we didn’t receive our order until 42 minutes after placing it - more than double the time we were advised. This is also the second time this has happened to us, which is really disappointing.

Arrived and they were busy. We ordered and the waitress read back to us our order & was clear - we ordered some spring rolls, which never arrived, they brought my husband's meal out & he started to eat it, & were late with mine, Pad Thai & prawns, but brought me Pad Thai with chicken which I returned immediately. My husband had finished his before I got my replacement dish, so I asked for a take away container and left soon after. It isn't the first time they've made mistakes with our food but after this most recent experience I doubt that we'll be back. I don't normally write such negative reviews, but then again I am rarely treated this poorly. We simply placed an order for take away over the phone, told the attendant we had a discount coupon and the attendant confirmed this would be fine. When I came to collect the food, the owner would not honor the coupon despite her prior assurances. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, the woman wanted to argue to no end. She even called her husband to come all the way from home rather than simply honor the stated rules of the coupon and her previous word. This is certainly not the way to get repeat customers. Don't...
