McDonald’s Traveston — Restaurant in Queensland

Had extremely poor customer service and literally had the manager who gave my partner a false name to start with claimed her name was abby at the drive through window. Then when my partner made a complaint on her nothing happened on the 3rd incident of Kate Mike wich she claims is her name now. She stated she's good friends with the owner and she can mess with anyones food because she is the manager.. I don't think kate realises that its against the law to deliberately mess with someone's food and for us to be messed around with our order 3 times in a row is definitely deliberately messing with someone's order not to mention a happy meal she also found funny to mess with.. On one occasion my partner spoke extremely politely and respectful and Kate thought it was funny to make us drive back and forward giving us cold food deliberately. Once we find the right person to take this matter up with I sure do hope Kate Mike if that's even her real name at mcdonalds traveston and gympie wich she claims she manages both and is best friends with the franchise lessor gets charged and investigated because who knows what and how many people's food she has deliberately messed with or asked the staff to mess with it.. and if the franchise lessor knows about all this and continues to hire this horrible person shame on you seriously.. we were happy to have a mcdonalds open up close by for a cheeky Burger here and there but in all honesty we don't even want to eat there now and I bet others are experiencing the same poor service and disrespect the poor ratings show that 3 stars.. we have documented all of the putrid food given to us from this newly built mcdonalds and also have documented the slips to say what I asked for but than given extra of what I'm...

Absolutely shocking service from mc Cafe and especially staff, tonight the 17th April 2025 I went to MacDonald's and ordered fillet fish meal plus 2 chocolate pops, my meal was sitting on the counter for at least 5mins before they called my number, then I told MacDonald's staff I havnt recieved my 2 chocolate pops and they said I get my 2 chocolate pos from the mc Cafe- well the girl that was working at mc Cafe hadn't even done them, she was busy cleaning, putting stuff, emptying all the drinks that had been made and then a drive through employee came up to her and said something and she raised her arms and just kept cleaning. Half an hour later after I had gone to the counter to ask where the chocolate pops were, I was told once again, mc Cafe are doing them. So that was it, went to an employee and said I want my money back so she went and got the manager, told manager and she said she is sorry this happened, then said she would give a refund as I requested and then went and got 2 pops (frozen ) to give me, if I wanted frozen ones I wouldn't have bought any. Floor- at counter coke spilt everywhere, floor in cooking area water all over it. If your staff are gonna have an attitude and not do there job and have a customers order ready or cooking for them, then they shouldn't be working in the fast food...

I doubt this review will change anything, given all the other one-star reviews without any response from the owner. I worked at McDonald's for seven years, and I truly believe that corporat needs to be aware so they can help get this restaurant up to standards.

The blonde-haired girl working in the drive-through at 8:00 PM on Friday, January 24th, is the reason for this one-star review.

When we got our drinks at the drive-through, I noticed one drink was a lot lighter than the other. I opened both and noticed the difference. I asked the young lady if the Fanta could be topped up. She responded that the ice was not working properly in the machine. I said, "Why does the Coke have so much more in it if they came from the same machine?" She repeated herself again. I said, "So is that it then?" She responded, "You can have more ice if you want."

She then passed me a giant scrunched-up bag of food. I said, "We ordered two separate meals on different apps." She responded, "I just chucked it all in one bag."
