Monto Coffee Lounge — Restaurant in Queensland

I went through Mulgidie and stopped at the antique store..I asked Tessa and Marion anywhere for a fish&chip lunch...they told us the best fish&chips are at Monto Coffee Lounge only 10 minutes away!...something else I love is when you get a coffee card with a buy 5 get one free as travelling you never really get time for 9 get one free hey!..well you get this here...Monto is one of the loveliest little towns we've visited the coffee lounge is in the block with IGA...Travellers you will have to turn into the business centre as you may drive straight past! ...The fish and chips were terrific and for 15 bucks 12 without salad you get...hands down the best and biggest salad and delicious sauce anywhere we've been...the red emperor is the fish served crumbed on the premises...and chips are the flat crunchy ones...we believe the crab sandwiches are also a huge hit!...I highly recommend you take a break and...

The gentleman behind the counter was pleasant and courteous, made me a beautiful coffee, thank you. To all the women that ignored the 8 customers and the fat red head that publicly had a go at the 1 man in front of us that was doing everything alone, then you had a nasty comment to say about the kind man working to a customer, was appalling. I almost cancelled my order but the kind man making the coffee had finished my order when I observed such disgusting behaviour so I couldn't make him feel bad as he was already...

I dropped into this place yesterday at 1.30pm and ordered a coffee and toastie. Coffee was great but standing there waiting for my toastie.An older woman that was making my lunch didn’t use any heath and safely procedures at all. Not once did I see her wash her hands. Saw her rub her nose touched the till then was on her mobile and then went out to the servo part and came back in. Still no washing her hands, I was horrified that this lady was handling food with no gloves, this is coming from a customer that is a food...
