Management need to teach the importance of the KENO machine to all staff, I understand you had a lot of people walk in at one time but you should of told them excuse me I need to serve another customer. Your Auromated machine is only good for up to $200 on any one game. Therefore you need to approach the KENO machine to place anything above this. I wanted to place a $512 bet on 76 at this stage and missed not once but twice in a row. Yet your establishment has 2 machines less than a metre apart the only division is the wall between the bar and restaurant.

For the people who don’t understand what I am talking about I bet one number in this case 76 as pictured. I was on this number to start with first game @$1 per game, then $2, $4, $8, $16, $32, $64, $128, $256, then what would of been my last bet $512 for a 3/1 payout @$1536 would of been up $503. Before this all went down they already took a $256 bet which I needed to flag them in time before then but when I am doubling down.

This has happened on more than one occasion and don’t start me on your bloody Courtesy Bus. Looking forward to...

A POORLY!!! Went there for a friend's birthday Service was terrible, no smiles from waiters, no care factor or checking to see if everything was ok. Had to ask for jugs of water refills and glasses. $15 for a bull rider that was in a jar and far from worth it. The jar would have been the most expensive thing not that your allowed to keep them. Meals.... just wow. Meals were so expensive. The special menu was far from a special. It started at $26 and went up from there. $35 for half ribs a hand fill of salad and a handful of wedges. Not worth it at all. Kicked out of the games room before 8.30pm told to collect an out you go. I have never heard of anyone been told to get out of a games room when your spending money. I would not recommend nor would we go back there. The baby change table is full of bugs I wouldn't let my dog sleep on that let alone put my baby on there to be changed. The floor would be softer then that change...

Had lunch there today, will never go back. Women in restaurant who seemed to be running the place was not welcoming nor did she speak directly to us, spoke rudely to the male staff member. No buzzers available so we had a table number, were told our meals would be brought out to our table which 1 kids meal and 2 entrees were but after waiting approximately 45 minutes, we went and asked where our other 2 meals were and were told rudely by female staff member "you have to come get them", the meals were sitting under a heat light. I ordered the coconut fish crumble, the crumble was soggy. The seafood basket was $21, seafood was not fresh and I asked to not have salad on the side but it still came with it, dressing tasted like sour milk. Kids chicken was...
