Mundubbera Motel — Restaurant in Queensland

Man on reception was nice, check in was quick and smooth. Room was very clean and updated. The only thing I wasn't comfortable with was no curtain or blind on the bathroom window (yes its frosted) but frosted is still see through at night. And a heads up, when someone showers in the room next door it's extremely loud through the wall. From memory I was in room 11. I ate at the bistro, service was fast, food came out promptly and was yummy. I had the stuffed chicken breast.|They do have a sign asking people to keep the noise outside rooms down and to take it inside after 9 or 9.30, however the man next to me who had a deep loud voice decided to shower (once I got into bed about 9.30), and then go outside and chat loudly with his mate for a good 30 minutes or so. Would also be nice if you could make a designated smoking area away from the rooms. Not nice for non smokers to sit there smelling that right outside our door. Yes I'd recommend this motel and yes I'd stay there again but I'd ask for a...

Currently here now for the Blueberry Fest 2024. Room 15. Well, the festival wasn't much, but this place is. Check in is usually 2 pm with most accommodation, but we got bored at the festival around midday. Went to motel to see if we could get in early, and since then, their service has gone above and beyond.

Due to the festival concert, kitchen closed earlier than usual. Went to order, spoke to the chef, and he again went above and beyond expected. The most delicious salmon, steak, and pasta we have had from a country setting. Rooms are comfortable, perfectly cleaned and also pet friendly. 11 out of 10 stars for country accommodation and food.

The food here would make any city restaurant jealous, whilst ever the chef remains. Thank you...
