Even coming on a cold windy day, we were immediately impressed with the location; elevated location on a hill, overlooking the property's vineyards and views across the valley and to the mountains. Communication with Stacey was quick and welcoming, answering any questions that I had, and we were treated to a personal wine tasting at their View Wine cellar door before checking in. The BnB suite was nicely appointed, the breakfasts tasty, and even in the chilly morning, coffee on the veranda was a pleasure, looking at the view and being greeted by Belli, their vineyard border collie. The room does not have kitchen or BBQ access, though it does have a small fridge and coffee/tea, so the first night we reserved their homemade dinner, which was voluminous and delicious. Heartily recommend starting with the platter of assorted local cheeses and getting it paired with a glass of their estate's wine. The second night we ate at the Ballandean Pub, which was about 20 minute walk; thankfully, Brad and Stacey provided a flashlight to help navigate our way home. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Thanks again for a fantastic Easter Getaway. Stacey and Brad are the ultimate hosts. Wonderful food, awesome recommendations, excellent conversation and delicious View Wines!! We will definitely see you again soon! Jenny and Russell.

This was our fifth time staying at Sancerre Estate, and Stacey and Brad continue to provide 5 star service. They really looked after us, we had a fabulous stay. We love The View wines also; their Shiraz is world-class.

We recently spent a family weekend in their Shiraz Cottage for a belated birthday celebration. Despite the inclement weather we had a thoroughly enjoyable three night stay. The cottage is very spacious with generously sized bedrooms and bathrooms and a large deck offering spectacular views over vineyards, pastures and across to the border ranges. The bbq is very good and good quality bbq implements are provided. The cottage is very well equipped, including a decent sized fridge, but at the same time it is not cluttered with unnecessary table ornaments etc. The undercover parking was appreciated considering storms were forecast. Stacey and Brad have nailed a small boutique set of very impressive wines. At our convenience, Stacey and Brad laid on a very generous and enjoyable tasting experience. The 2021 Alvarinho is spectacular and was our favourite despite not being able to master the accompanying Stacey hip wiggle when saying the name! We had our own entertainment provided by our 17 month old grandson but, Bellie, the dog was on tap for extra entertainment! Stacey and Brad are excellent hosts and we will definitely...
