This place has so much potential but I suppose funds for improvements are limited in such a small town. The name conjures images of a 50's diner and I have visited 2 amazing diners in the Whitsundays so my expectations were high. It is just a standard take away store that doubles as a general store and post office. Nice staff but the food is average and choice is limited. There is one outdoor table but across the road is a lovely park to eat at. They have a fuel pump too. There isn't much choice for food in the area. Read moreI can't speak highly enough of this little gem!! Owner Kim has a big smile. Great coffee. 15 buck seafood basket!! Very nice. They have been there 12 months, and it's a credit to them. They have a bit of everything here. From niknaks to icecream. One of those local places you hope to find in small towns as you travel. Definitely call in here. You won't be dissapointed....
